What’s your role?
My role is to ensure that we have an Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) strategy that protects our people and the environment, both of which Weetabix define as critical to our success. My role involves working in collaboration with the individual manufacturing plants, coordinating the EHS management systems for Weetabix to ensurecompliance with company and statutory EHS policies, procedures, and regulations.
How long have you been at Weetabix?
I have been at Weetabix Food Company for three years. I was attracted to Weetabix initially as it is well known in the local area as an outstanding place to work.

What do you most enjoy about working at Weetabix?
I enjoy that Weetabix has invested in me to ensure I can be the best version of myself and can apply the Weetabix values daily.
What opportunities have you had whilst at Weetabix?
Weetabix offer excellent personal development through internal and external courses. These courses are part of an overall offering that includes regular line manager feedback, peer feedback and mentoring opportunities.
What do you love doing outside of work?
I have always played all types of sport, unfortunately I was nowhere near good enough at any of them to make a career in them though!. I enjoy a cycling but have been known to play more unusual sports such as Gaelic Football and Hurling too.
